3:30 pm: First shift volunteers begin arriving at pool and check in at Volunteer table.

4:45 - 5:00 p.m.: Shepherds welcome swimmers at shepherd tents. Parents help shepherds mark swimmers arms (see instructions below). Remainder of first shift volunteers arrive and register at check-in table.
5:00 pm: Swimmers warm up in pool by age group.
5:20 p.m.: Meet director calls the stroke, touch turn, and finish judges for the meet meeting on pool deck.
5:40 p.m.: Shepherds begin lining half-lappers on ready benches.
5:45 p.m.: Meet introduction begins with recognition of our platinum & gold medal sponsors, the anthem, and announcement of official meet start
5:45 pm: Half-lappers race

6:00 p.m.: Meet begins
7:30 – 9:00 p.m.: Volunteer 2^nd shifts begin. Please register with Volunteer Check In prior to shift.
